This section will have a short briefing of what the movies were all about. Only the 13 movies from Dragon Ball Z (I have not seen any of the ones from Dragon Ball, except for the 10th Anniversary Special *gagg!*) are listed here (If you would like to give me a copy of the DB ones, you may do so ^_^). If you want to spoil the movies, here's a good place to do so. If you want to watch them in their tained and unpure glory when FUNimation dubs them, then turn back now.

Following the spoiler will be a short review. These reviews are based on my opinion and are not nessecarily what everyone else thinks. I may think that this movie sucked and you might think it kicked ass. It's all opinions here people.

Also, my review will tell what each movie is based off of. You didn't know that? Every DBZ (and maybe DB, too.) movie is based off of an occurance in the episodes.

Movie #1: Return My Gohan!/Dead Zone

SumReturn My Gohan!mary:
This movie starts out with Piccolo meditating (wow, I bet you didn't see that one coming). When he is suddenly abushed by three warriors. After being smashed into a mountain, we see a showdy figure mumbling about Piccolo and now Kame are dead and the world is now his. The scene switches to Kame-sama, who realizes that Piccolo has been hideously beaten. Then we switch over to the humble home of the Son residence where young Gohan is studing. Gyuu Mao comes for a visit with some presents, a.k.a. more books for Gohan to study. As soon as Gohan rushes to meet him, Gohan barely manages to escape from being squashed by Gyuu's unconscious body. Now we see the 3 attackers again, who demand the Dragon Ball on Gohan's funky hat. Chi-chi comes to save the day... and well... loses (Domestic abuse!! hehe). Gokou senses a disturbance in the Force and rushes back home to find his family nearly unconscious and no Gohan to be seen. Gokou goes off to find the mysterious attackers. Now we see Gohan and the attackers and their secret plan is revealed. Garlic Jr. (the main enemy of the movie) wants to have immortality and manages to collect all 7 Dragon Balls. For once, the bad guy gets his wish. Rather than killing Gohan (Which would cause many, many problems in the future), Garlic Jr. decides to train Gohan because he sense his greta potential. Later, Gohan eats some alcoholic apples, and well, Gohan is a bit of a lightweight as this young, tender age. The viewer is now tramuatized by Gohan singing and having hallucinations like a really bad acid trip (Gohan+singing+hallucinated animals+purple dinosaurs=bad, bad, bad!!). When the viewer regains conscious, Gokou comes to save the day and fights the three demon-like attackers. They beat him around a little, and then Kame-sama decides to take matters into his own hands and settle this himself. Now we get some background information and understand the plot. Kame and Garlic (Garlic Jr.'s father) both tried out to be the next Kame-sama. Kame was chosen and Garlic was pissed. He took a big Evil demon army with him to reclaim what was not rightfully his but should've been anyway. Kame-sama trounces him and his army and locked him away forever. Now his son wants revenge. Kame is nothing compared to an immortal, 3 foot tall, french fry. Then Piccolo and Kuririn show up to help out. Kuririn attempts to escape with Gohan but never gets too far. Piccolo and Gokou kill the demons and then head for Garlic. Garlic Jr. transforms into some big 12 foot tall... thing. And then beats Gokou and Piccolo. Garlic Jr. decides to create a 'Dead Zone' (portal-like thing that sucks up everything into some limbo-like dimension.). Everyone tries to hold on, but keep slipping. Now Gohan gets pissed and reveals his hidden powers. Gohan head butts Garlic into his own Dead Zone and then everything reverts to normal and gets happy. Piccolo tells Gokou that next time will be their final battle. And then they realize Kuririn is mising.

Review
Well, this movie was alright. It got a little boring but there were also some funny parts. The whole Gohan acid trip scene is just scary. The animation is cool, especially when Gokou fights the 3 demons. Garlic Jr.'s castle was mad cool looking (Go background designers!). This movie was based off of the Raditz saga when Raditz kidnapped Gohan, Gokou and Piccolo teaming up, and Gohan revealing his hidden powers.

The World's Strongest Man

     Movie #2: The World's Strongest Man/The World's Strongest

Summary
This is the only movie that I haven't seen. Don't give me "Cartoon Network plays it all the time" shit, because they DON'T play it all the time. Not that I watch the dub anymore anyway... When I get to see the movie, I will review it. All I know is that Dr. Wheelo wants the strongest body, he knows from the last Budokai that Son Gokou has the best, so he goes after it. Wheelo has some sort of mind control thing over Piccolo and Gohan. Gokou, Kame-sennin, Kuririn, and maybe some of the others go after Wheelo. Some stuff happens, Piccolo's strong will and determination breaks through the mind control and goes after Wheelo who now has his brain in some big ass battle mech. It takes a triple Kamehameha from Gokou (Kaio-Ken something I think?), Kuririn, and Kame-sennin to destroy it. And somewhere along the line Gohan is freed from the mind control.

Review:
The animation was supposed to be good but the plot sucked. I have no idea what this movie is based off of, my guess is something either during the training for the Saiyajins (Vejita & Nappa) or the beginning of the fight with the Saiyajins.

Movie #3: Ultimate Decisive Battle for Earth/The Tree of Might

Summary:Ultimate Decisive Battle for Earth
Sigh... I dislike this movie, but I have to review anyway. Haven't you all seen this already yet?!

A small probe thingy descends from space and coincidentally lands near the site where Gohan and Kuririn are camping out and starts a fire. Gohan and Kuririn put out the fire using some weird Ki control. Gohan saves a small purple dragon, whoo... (such enthusiasm!). Gohan and Kuririn also coincidentally have all 7 Dragon Balls with them and wish the forest back to its natural state. Awww... The next day, the probe starts scouting the Earth and reports back to a small band of space warriors (wow, I feel like I'm writing FUNimation scripts...). They deem the planet 'worthy' enough to raise Shinseiju (Tree of Might). They plant the seed and the seed already wreaks some havok. The seed begins sucking the life out of everything on Earth. Gokou, Tienshinhan, Yamucha, Kuririn, and Chaozu all rush to the base of the tree. Chi-Chi demanded that Gohan stayed home... yeah, whatever. The Z Senshi begins fighting the warriors and Gohan disobeys his mother and joins the fray. Gohan runs in to the leader of the warriors, who for some f*cked up reason looks exactly like Gokou. The leader, Taurus, is also a Saiyajin and notices Gohan's tail. He then makes an artifical moon and forces Gohan to look at it. The Oozaru Gohan goes rampaging and sees Gokou. Haiya Dragon (the purple dragon that Gohan saved earlier) recognizes Gohan, and Gohan calms down and begins petting Haiya. Taurus blasts Haiya away (not enough to kill him, unfortunetly...) Gohan turns against Taurus. Gokou takes this as an opportunity to cut of Gohan's tail, reverting him back to normal, and hides him someplace safe. Now the Z Senshi is beaten, and the warriors all direct their assualt to Gokou. Gokou beats them all effortlessly. Taurus comes back, notices that him and Gokou are equal in power and decides to tip the scales, and eats some of the fruit from the Shinseiju. After beating Gokou, Taurus goes off. Gokou tries to summon energy to create a Genki Dama, while the Z Senshi distracts Taurus. After beating them, Taurus goes back to finsh off his "clone" (No, him and Gokou have no relation, Toriyama must have been having New Character's Block), just in the nick of time when Gokou hurls the Genki Dama at him. Taurus hits the Genki Dama away, causing no effect to him. Apparently, Earth has been so sapped of energy from the Shinseiju, that there wasn't much energy for the Genki Dama. Gokou begins to make another one, this time taking the energy directly from the tree and is fruit. With a mighty toss, Gokou laucnhes the Genki Dama at Taurus, finishing him off, along with his little tree too. All the life force taken from the tree quickly goes back to from where it came from. Happy Ending.

Review
Myech. This movie was a flop in my opinion. The plot was... different, but nonetheless the same (evil people come to take over world, Gokou kills them, the end), the character development (or lack thereof) could have been a lot better (but in a very short DBZ movie, there's nothing you can do about it). The whole Taurus looks like Gokou thing just really pisses me off. This movie is based off of the Saiyajin saga. Taurus is a Saiyajin, he came to Earth, created a artifical moon blast, forced Gohan to look at it, and Gokou uses a Genki Dama to finish his foe (The battle ended when Vejita got hit with one, too).

Movie #4: This is the Super Saiyajin, Son Gokou!!

Summary:This is the Super Saiyajin, Son Gokou!!
Enter the worst DBZ movie ever made. You can't argue that, you know it's true. Now for the summary. This movie starts off with Piccolo meditating. Gohan, being the litte kid he is, decides to show Piccolo how he taught Haiya Dragon how to dance to his whistling. Piccolo, as does the viewer, does a blood curdling scream. Gohan stops, and Piccolo is agitated. Now away with that stupid scene that the smarter viewers realized it may have some importance later in the movie... A small planetoid is headed toward Earth. It explodes right before impact and (yes, more of them) space warriors land on Earth in a space craft. It is their plan to terraform Earth and colonize it as a new base. These warriors are led by a green alien named Lord Slug. Many people gather around the ship to see the aliens, including Bulma. Slug learns about the Dragon Balls by reading Bulma's mind and sets his men to go after them. Soon after, Slug summons Shenron and wishes to be young again. And without further ado, the fight begins with Piccolo and Gohan facing off against Slug's main three henchmen. Piccolo kills one of them (a gargolye-like creature) rather easily. And then Son Gokou steps in and takes down the other 2. Now it's Gokou (the soon-to-be-but-not-just-yet Super Saiyajin) versus Lord Slug. And like all the other bad movies, Gokou gets pummeled easily. Then Gokou goes "Super Saiyajin." But really, this is just a phrase like saying someone is a super human, because he just charges up a lot, he never really transforms. Slug reveals that he is really a Namekseijin, and like Piccolo/Kame split into two (note: Slug is the Evil half, duh). Slug grows really big (like Piccolo did against Gokou) and beats upon Gokou and Piccolo. Piccolo tells Gohan to start whistling, because Namekseijin's cannot stand the tone of whistling. Gohan hesistates because he doesn't want to hurt Piccolo, Piccolo responds by ripping off his ears (he can regenrate, remember?). Gohan whistles, Slug falls to his big knees, Gokou flies through Slug's stomach, and finishes him off with a small-sized Genki Dama. And now the only good part of the movie: Kame-sennin wakes up and comments about the nice weather. Fin.

Review:
AAAHHH!!! The WORST Dragon Ball movie to date. I'd rather be strapped to a chair and forced to watch the Super Juunanangou Saga than watch this movie again. The fighting was pretty weak, although Chi-Chi did try to attack Gohan's attcker... but it was short-lived. Oh yeah, Chi-Chi went after the guy that attacked Gohan, maybe I should've said that in the summary... The music was... there, I saw this movie once (on the way to Otakon '98, over 2 years ago) and forgot it, sue me. The plot sucked, people come to take over world, Gokou kills them (more quickly than usual). The only good part was Piccolo's reaction to Gohan's whistling and that was the beginning. I think this movie is based off of something during the early Freezer saga, I'm not sure what though.

Fantastic Ultimate Strength Vs. Ultimate Strength!!
Movie #5: Fantastic Ultimate Strength Vs. Ultimate Strength!!

Summary:
It's been too long since I've watched this movie, luckily I have this on tape so I will watch it soon. But I'll finish up the ones I know before watching any more movies. This movie is based off of the battle with Freezer because it's the first SSJ in a movie and Kooler's transformations.

Movie #6: Attack! 10,000,000,000 Power Warriors

Summary:
Amazingly I remember more of this movie than of #5 when I watched them right after another... I don't remember what I thought of the movie, but I'll say what I know... This movie beings on New Nameksei, it's sorta peaceful, the Namekseijins are doing their thing, planting crops, etc. The scene swicthes to orbit around the planet, where we see a huge machine spaceship thing latches onto the side of the planet (ouch! I'd hate to be under that thing). I think one of the elders or someone Attack! 10,000,000,000 Power Warriors telepathically told the Z Senshi that they were in need of help. Gokou, Gohan, Piccolo, and Kuririn rush (or was it teleport?) to the scene but they a little late. The Namekseijins are being forced by some big robotic mechs to march to some camps where they are to be executed. Then the leader shows up: Kooler, but rebuilt as a completely metal, super strong foe. He explains that after being blasted by Gokou, the Big Ghetti Star (the big machine ship) found his remains and assimilated (Resistance was futile.) his brain into the Ghetti Star. The Big Ghetti Star runs off the energy and resources from planets and its people. The Z Senshi begins its battle, but the armor of the mechs is super tough and almost impenetreble. Now it's Gokou versus Kooler, part 2. They are pretty equal, but SSJ Gokou is still unable to do any serious damage to Kooler. Then Gokou rushes at Kooler and manages to break off his arm. Seconds later, Kooler's arm begins to regenerate. Kooler goes on to say that the Big Ghetti Star automatically corrects and repairs any problems. Now Kooler gains the upper, upper hand on our hero. And then out of nowhere, Vejita shows up to save Kakarotto because only he will be the one wo defeat him. Now it's 2 Super Saiyajins versus one super strong Kooler. Kuririn and Gohan have been captured by the mechs and are being taken to the camps. Piccolo manages to destroy the mechs with a big charged up blast and frees his friends. With the bulk of the mechs destroyed, Piccolo goes off to the core of the big Ghetti Star while Gohan and Kuririn help the Namekseijins. Now Gokou and Vejita use their full strength and completely destroy Kooler into dust particles. After a short breather, they turn around to see an army of Koolers. Oh sh*t. The scenes switches to the core of the Big Ghetti Star with Gokou and Vejita hanging by thousands of small cables. Kooler/Big Ghetti Star begins to drain their energy. But Gokou has a plan! Him and Vejita being charging up to full power and the Big Ghetti Star is unable to sustain the massive Ki and begins to self destruct. Gokou and Vejita destroy the core and escape with Piccolo as the Big Ghetti Star explodes. Luckily Nameksei is only blackened a little where it landed.

Review:
I have no idea what my thoughts of this movie were, it's been too long. After I re-watch movie #5, I'll watch this one to and finish this up. This movie was based of the beginning of the Jinzonigen saga when Freezer returns with his mechanical replacements.

Movie #7: Battle Limit!! The Three Super Saiyajins!!

Summary:Battle Limit!! The Three Super Saiyajins!!
I watch this movie all the time so it gets pretty detailed. It starts out in a dark labortory setting and we see capsules very similar to the ones that Gero's jinzonigen are usually in, then some smoke comes by and then title screen. The Z Senshi is enjoying a day out in the city. Kame-sennin, Oolong, and eventually Kuririn are waitting in line for the 'Prettiest Gril in the Universe' contest, and Trunks is sorta of out of it... Then we see the Son family out shopping. Both Gokou and Gohan have their arms full of boxes and bags. Then the Z Senshi goes out for lunch. The scene switches outside where we see two oddly dressed characters wrecking havoc (or really 'walking havok' because they walk through cars, walls, buildings like nothing.) and blow up some cars and the police. Then we get a 1st person perspective from 15-Gou as he uses his scanner to locate Son Gokou having lunch. Suddenly the floor beneath the restaurant begins breaking and the Z Senshi catches people and drops them off on the roofs of nearby buildings. The jinzonigen (14- and 15-Gou) appear (come on, they have built-in scaners like all the other jinzonigen!) and blow up a few more things. Trunks suggests that they move elsewhere because there is too many innocents. Gokou and Trunks fly off and the jinzonigen follow. Chi-Chi demands that Gohan stay with her, but Gohan grows a spine and talks back to his mother and flies off. Kuririn is just dumbfounded and Chi-Chi kicks him in the ass because he shoudl be fighting, too. Gokou stops in a remote ice environment and the fight begins. Gohan and Kuririn hide and watch the fight because they aren't strong enough to do anything. Then 13-Gou shows up more fighting (Gokou v. 13-Gou, Trunks v. 14- & 15-Gou). When suddenly Vejita emerges to save Kakarotto for the very same reason as always. Now it's 3 Super Saiyajins versus 3 jinzonigen (Vejita takes on 15-Gou). More fighting. Now the Saiyajins begin to emerge victorious as Trunks and Vejita destry their foes. But Gokou is still having trouble with 13-Gou and is about the blast Gokou with a very powerful blast that would easily destory the Earth. Gohan uses a Masenkou on 13-Gou to save his father. 13-Gou charges up a powerful blast and shoots it at Gohan. When suddenly, the ice ground explodes and a caped figure deflects the blast. Everyone's favorite Mr. Piccolo makes his appearance at long last. Now 13-Gou is surrounded by all 4 and realizes that he's all alone. He absorbs the main units that are inessence 14- and 15-Gou into his body. He charges up and becomes Super 13-Gou and now has blue skin with an orange hairdo. Super 13-Gou makes sort work of the Z Senshi and continually pounds on the relentless Son Gokou. 13-Gou blasts Gokou into the water and goes after Gohan. Gokou begin asking for energy for a Genki Dama and the Z Senshi does what they can to buy him time. Trunks does a short speech ("I am from 20 years in the future where you don't exist because you are beaten here by Son Gokou!!") and then gets blasted and tossed away like a rag doll, very sad. Now Gokou rises out of the water and 13-Gou looks up to see a huge yellow ball moving closer. Gokou enters the center of the Genki Dama and blasts into SSJ and absorbs it. Kuririn yells at Gokou because only one with a pure heart can handle one, when in Super Saiyajin your heart is full of anger. Gokou doesn't seem to mind, but he is extremely pissed off. The force from Gokou's huge aura/Genki Dama begins to melt 13-Gou's skin a little, then Gokou finishes his off by punching right through him, causing him to explode. Gohan looks up to see Gokou half standing, and he gives a thumbs up. The End.

Review:
This is one of my favorite DBZ movies. The plot is good, based of the Jinzonigen saga of course, but I like the Jinzonigen saga. The fighting was cool, lots of good introductions for people. Umm what else did I like... The whole Gokou absorbing the Genki Dama was great, I always wanted him to do that and I was very happy when I saw this movie. This movie was based off the Jinzonigen Saga, when the jinzonigen come and attack.

Movie #8: Valiant Fight! Violent Fight! Super Exciting Fight!

Summary:Valiant Fight! Violent Fight! Super Exciting Fight!
The longest, most violent, and easily the best Dragon Ball movie ever. If you haven't seen this movie, I ask you to skip this review because this movie is too good to spoil. This movie is the longest, and it's beginning has a lot of information that you need to know. It starts off with Gokou and Chi-Chi waitting in a long line for an interview for a school that Chi-chi wants Gohan to go to. Gokou is complaining that his suit and tie are uncomfortable and that he's hungry. Chi-Chi goes over the planned routine with Gokou. She asks Gokou what his favorite hobbies are. "I don't have any favorite hobbies... I have a lot of favorite foods though!" It's classic. then the scene switches to a park where the cherry blosoms are blooming which marks the beginning of spring (and spring vacation for the Z Senshi). Kame-sennin is drunk. Kuririn is singing a song. Trunks and Vejita are complaining about Kuririn's singing. And then suddenly a large egg space ship (I'm telling ya, it's the friggen' Technodrome from Teenage Mutant Ninja Tutrles!) lands in the middle of a clearing. A bunch of soliders hussle out and surround Vejita. Then a lone voice penetrates through asking for King Vejita. Paraguas, another Saiyajin who managed to survive the destruction of Vejitasei offers Vejita the chance to be king of a new Vejitasei. He also mentiones that the Legendary Super Saiyajin is terrorizing the Southern Galaxy and that only he could stop him. Vejita agrees because he's an over-zealous, egotistical, pride-mongrol who wants his kingdom back, plus he wants to fight this so-called "Legend." Paraguas also asks "Prince Trunks" if he wants to come with him, since he is the prince. As Vejita enters the ship, Paraguas' son, Broily, is there, Paraguas says that he will be accompaning Vejita on his search. Gohan, Trunks, Oolong, and Kame-sennin follow. We switch back to Gokou and Chi-Chi who are now in the interview. They ask some basic questions, and then Gokou receives a 'transmission' from Kaio-sama who demands Gokou to go to his planet now! Gokou says he can't because if he doesn't answer correctly, Chi-Chi won't feed him when they get home. Kaio-sama says he'll give him all the food he wants. Gokou stands up and teleports away, freaking out the questionaires. They ask Chi-Chi if Gokou was some kind of wizard. Kaio-sama tells Gokou that the Legendary Super Saiyajin has almost completely dessimated the South Galaxy. Gokou searches for his Ki, and finds it and teleports away. On the new Vejitasei, Gohan, Kuririn, and Trunks wonder around. They see slaves being brutally beaten and put to work. Gohan rushes in and plows through the soldier who was whipping an old man, er.. alien, err.. thing... The soldier blows a whistle and they are surrounded by soldiers. Kuririn says that they don't want to mess with them because they are very strong, and starts throwing some super fast punches. The soliders run away and Gokou teleports in... right into Kuririn's fist. Gokou tells them that he's looking for the Legendary Super Saiyajin, Kuririn tells him that Vejita has been called for to find him, too. Later when Vejita and Broily return, Vejita is pissed because they found nothing. Vejita walks past Gokou, Gokou says hi to Vejita and Vejita promptly replies "Did you really come all this way to be killed by me?" and walks off. That's when Broily steps up and stops right in front of Gokou. Broily's and Gokou's auras begin to grow a little, when suddenly Paraguas jumps in, puts his hand out and commands Broily to stop. A bracelet/glove thing on Paraguas's hand begins to glow and some stones on Broily's jewerly also begin to glow. Broily powers down and walks away. Later that night when everyone is sleeping, Paraguas walks down the hallways of the castle and brings the viewer up to speed. Broily and Gokou were born on the same day, and placed in beds right next to each other. The doctor's said that Bardock's boy (Gokou) only had a power level of 2 and that Paraguas's son had a power level of 10,000 (for a new born baby, that's huge since it's higher than many full grown Saiyajins!). Young Gokou's incessant crying made Broily cry, too. When King Vejita found out the news, he ordered the baby to be killed. Paraguas bursts in and pleads that Broily would be a great help for Prince Vejita, King Vejiita promptly kills him. We see a shadow of a knife slashing through an upside baby, and Paraguas's and Broily's bodies are thrown out like trash. When Freezer shot up the planet, Broily awakened back to life, brought his father back to life, and made some sort of barrier and they survived the explosion. Broily grew up to be a powerful warrior, however, Broily was not exactly the son of the year. He was very violent and it was hard for Paraguas to control him. Broily punched Paraguas in the eye (scarring his across the eye, making his eye unusable). So Paragas had a control mechanism built for him, but he had to physically place it on him. Paraguas attampted to do this while Broily was sleeping, as any good warrior, Broily awoke and had a short struggle before Paraguas had control over him. However, over time Broily's will was getting stronger and the control was weakening. Now that Broily has met Kakarotto, Broily's rage has increased greatly and it will be almost impossible for him to control him. As Paraguas walks away from Broily's room, Broily mutters "Kakarotto!" and dashes to Gokou's room. Broily attacks the sleeping Gokou and Gokou lures Broily outside. They fight a little, then Broily beings charging up and we see that he has one massive aura. They fight for a few more moments and then Paraguas comes out and uses his control thing on Broily. Gokou encourages Broily to listen to his father and he does, and father and son fly away into the distance. The next day, Vejita and Broily set out to leave to find the Legendary SSJ, Gokou tells Paraguas to tell Vejita the truth that Broily is the Legendary Super Saiyajin. Now the real fighting begins :) . The fighting (or should I say massacre?) goes on for about an hour. During this time, Broily beings to realize his true strength and turns into the form we know him best (huge musceles, no pupils, basically his own personal USSJ form). Vejita wusses out because Broily is so insanely powerful. Broily beats everyone badly. Later, a still druken Kame-senni appears, and tells Gokou that he will take care of Broily. Kame-sennin gets really big and buff, and says "Ka... me... ha... me..." and pulls out a mask, and then another, and then another. Then his body shivels away and he runs off. Gohan almost meets certain doom but Piccolo saves the day again for Gohan. Then it's Gokou, Gohan, Trunks, and Piccolo against one... and losing. Later Broily kicks Piccolo about a mile away to where Vejita is, who is constantly repeating "He's the Legendary Super Saiyajin... He will kill us all...etc. etc." Piccolo gets pissed at Vejita for being a wuss and decides to drag him by the hair to the fight, but then drops him not too far out in disgust. Kame-sennin and Oolong take Piccolo's Capsule Corp. ship and use it to go home. Paraguas's true plan is revealed somewhere along the way. A giant comet (its bigger than the planet, I think it should have been called a runaway planet) is headed towards new Vejitasei and will destroy it. His plan is to get the strongest warriors (Gokou, Vejita, etc.) in the universe there so they will all die and he can rule the universe. However, as Paraguas is about to leave the planet, Broily finds him. Paraguas says that he was gonna wait for Broily "In a ship built for one?" Broily picks up the ship and squeezes it into a small... a small thing, killing him. Damn shame. Later Gokou decides to take out the big guns and do a Kamehameha. Broily slowly walks up to Gokou while he's performing it, on the final "Ha" Broily is hit dead-on, point blank... With no effect. "What the hell was that?" As he picks a stunned Gokou up by the hair, drops him, and punches him. When he connects, the screen shatters, and we see Vejita, then suddenly the ground below him explodes (that's how hard Broily hits!! God I love this movie). Later Vejita realizes that "mere soliders" are fighting in the place of the Prince of Saiyajins and then goes off to the fight. Vejita comes screaming down the way about how he's the prince of Saiyajins. Broily's response: "Then try to make me kneel before you." Evil quote, from an Evil mother f**ker. Vejita gets beat rather quickly. Then more fighting. More Z Senshi losing. Everyone is down, except for Gokou who just won't lie down and die. Gokou telepathically ask everyone to give him their power. Vejita just says that he'll kill them all anyway and refuses. Gokou does a little better, but he still isn't powerful enough. Broily is slamming Gokou into a rock wall repeatedly, then Vejita finally gives and give his power. Gokou's aura instantly bursts out, catches Broily's fist and then they're almost equally matched. Then Trunks, Gohan, Piccolo, and Vejta fall, completely deprived of power. Now the comet is extremely close to Vejitasei and it's gravitational pull is beginning to lift large chunks of the ground up into the atmosphere. Gokou punches Broily into his stomach, twists, and then makes a Ki blast inside of him. BOOM! Goes Broily. And then we see the comet hit Vejitasei. Then we see the Capsule Corp. ship flying through space, then sudenly it expands huge. We see inside is the Z Senshi, all the slaves, Kame-sennin, and Oolong. Isn't teleportation great? Gokou and Gohan teleport home to be yelled at by Chi-Chi.

Review:
As you can tell from the detailed summary, I love this movie. It is my favorite, tied with #12. It's about 1 hour 20 minutes, the longest one made. There is massive amounts of awesome fighting, lots of violence, and some funny parts shoved in the middle to tone the violence down a little. The plot is good, something different for once. This movie is based off of something during the Jinzonigen or Cell Saga, I don't know what exactly. It may be based off of Gokou and Cell fighting, but that's a big if.

Movie #9: The Galaxy's in Danger! The Super Awesome Guy!

Summary:The Galaxy's in Danger! The Super Awesome Guy!
This one will be much shorter than the last one, I promise. The movie begins at a martial arts tournament (not a Tenka-Ich Bodukai). Many members of the Z Senshi are there, including Gohan, Trunks, Piccolo, Kuririn, Yamucha, and Tienshinhan. The remaining ones are cheering them on in the crowd or at the food stand, or in Kame-sennin's case, anywhere where there are D-cups :p . The beginning part of the tournament is an all-out elimination. There are many platforms and towers, anyone who falls off into the water below is elinminated. This goes on until there are only 8 fighters left. These 8 will battle one on one in four battles: Gohan v. some big guy; Kuririn v. Piccolo; Trunks v. Tienshinhan; and two other unnamed fighters. The winners (Gohan, Kuririn (Piccolo left because of the weak opponents), Trunks, and a sumo wrestler) would have to battle one of Mr. Satan's four best students dressed up as aliens from other galaxies.. However, the students have been replaced by real aliens from other galaxies. These aliens are super tough and kill the sumo guy. Trunks kills his opponent, Gokuah, but is then knocked by a shadowed figure. Kuririn is knocked out off guard by the beautiful Zangya. Gohan manages to stall enough time until it's Zangya, Bedo, and the other guy v. Gohan. Mr. Satan is sent (after trying to escape after recognizing Gohan) into the Battle Island 2 (where this fight is taking place.) but his rocket sled destroys the camera and gets hit by a loose blast. They dump the bodies of Trunks and Kuririn before Gohan and Bojack appears, his henchmen go to their knees (not like that you sicko). Yamucha and Tienshinhan go to help Gohan but don't last too long. Trunks wakes up and helps out a little, but they are still too tough. Vejita shows up (with another cool intorduction, without saving Gokou this time.) to save Trunks, Trunsk tries to save Vejita but gets elbowed in the stomach. Piccolo comes in to save Gohan, as usual, but these guys still keep pounding them away. Soon only Gohan is left standing and Bojack is taking care of him. Bojack grabs Gohan into a bear hug (just like Cell did) and nearly kills him, before Gokou, breaking the laws of th afterlife, teleports to Earth, and clocks Bojack in the jaw. Gokou tels Gohan to get angry and show his true power and leaves. Then the gloomy music starts up, Gohan stands up and blasts in SSJ2. Bedo and the other guy try to use a telekenetic net on him (which was used very heavily earlier to stop the others), Gohan just yells and enlargens his aura destroying the net. Bedo and the other guy attack, Gohan cuts Bedo in half with a kick and back hands the othr guy's head off. Zangya is scared, and we see Bojack phase in behind her, shoots a Ki blast behind her, sending her soon-to-be-dead body at Gohan, but Gohan dodges and she blows up in a mountain. Bojack throws some big blasts at Gohan, Gohan justs stands there like nothing happened and punches through Bojack's stomach. Bojack isn't about to die just yet and uses a full powered blast on Gohan, who counters it with a Kamehameha. Bojack explodes. Then Gohan, Kuririn, Trunks, etc. are seen in the hospital, Gohan says that his father helped him, but no one really pays attention :( . The End.

Review:
This movie is up there with my favorites. The music was good, we see some good attempts at character development but you can't fit that much in a 55 minute movie. The fights were good, a couple of new techniques were seen like the telekenetic net. A nice little sword fight with Trunks. And lots of death, destruction, and despair. I mean, lots of happiness, love, and life... riight... The music was good in the end when Gohan went SSJ2 (as always). For once a movie is not based on Gokou!

Movie #10: The Mischievious Partners! Super Warriors Never Rest!

Summary:The Mischievious Partners! Super Warriors Never Rest!
After making one successful movie with almost no Gokou, they tried to do it again... and failed. This movie is primarily based on Goten and Trunks, with some Videl and Gohan mixed in. It begins with a shadowy figure who is having flashbacks of when a certain Son nearly killed him. Then it switches over to Goten, Trunks, and Videl searching for the Dragon Balls. They find a couple and then Trunsk and Videl bash into each other and lose the Dragon Ball then the two start blaming each other. Goten says he wants to wish for lots of food (yep, that's Gokou's boy alright.), Trunks says he wants his own amusement park (as if his parents don't have the money to make him on anyway!). Yadda, yadda, yadda, they find all but one, which leads them to a small village. They hide and watch, a young girl is going to be sacrificed to the demon that's been plaguing the villagers to somehow allow them to live in peace. Goten and Trunks fly in, the villages are flipping out because they're flying. Whatever. Trunks says that they will defeat the monster in return for the Dragon Ball on the shamon preist's necklace. The 3 hide out inside a big pot surrounded by a lot of food. Trunks steals an apple, Goten tries to take one too, but Videl smacks him. Goten starts crying because she didn't hit Trunks. Goten's crying is so loud that a certain person confuses his cries for someone else's and awakens. Then the monster appears, it's a dinosaur. Goten and Trunks try to play with it, but end up hurting it and it runs away. The villagers are happy and have a celebration (with lots o food) and they get the Dragon Ball. They spend the night there and the next day they run into someone familiar (to us, but not them). He continually utters a single word: "Kakarotto!" Goten argues with him that he's never heard of such a food. Thus the fight begins! Broily had somehow managed to find a Saiyajin space pod on new Vejitasei before it was destroyed and landed on Earth. He had crashed in a mountain, severely wounded. The mountain formed a large ice-crystal around him and he has been there for the past... 7 years? Goten's crying sounded like Gokou's crying, thus awaking the pissed off Legend. Goten and Trunks are unable to do any minor damage to Broily. Keep in mind, Broily has lost most of brain, but he's not the crazed USSJ he was before...not yet. Goten and Trunks can outrun him, but that's about it. Broily attacks Videl, she doesn't take long to be knocked out though. Goten tried to summon Shenron while Trunks distracts Broily, but Goten ends up having some problems. Trunks gets trounced repeatedly. So he has to take out the big guns, his ass. He starts mooning him, giving him the finger, anything to keep Broily away for Goten long enough. It's funny in a sick twisted way. Soon Broily has Trunks locked in his mighty hands (and boy are those hands big), and he tries to break Trunks's back over his head (owowowow!!!). Goten was able to take a quick bathroom break earlier, Trunks was not and ends up pissing in his pants, and all that piss goes alll over Broily's head and face. Broily doesn't seem to find this as funny as the viewer does. More ass whup! Then we switch over to Gohan to just happens to be flying around. He senses a familiar Ki: "No, it can't be..." and heads to it's source. Soon Gohan helps out with Goten and Trunks. He promptly tells them that they're no where near strong enough to take him down. Then Broily meets Gohan: "Kakarotto!!!" and the fight continues! During the fight, there's some strange molten lava activity, Gohan tries to lure Broily into the lava and he does! Goahn promptly falls over on a rock and falls asleep. Then the lava begins to rise and is about to suck in Gohan when a caped figure grabs Gohan and puts him someplace safe. Picc--Kuririn-san!? Kuririn, dressed in a Piccolo outfit has come to save the day for once. Then the lava beings to react and Broily flies out, pissed as ever. Seems that Broily was able to put up some sort of barrier before the lava closed in on him. Kuririn gets blasted into a wall and stays there for the rest of the movie. Now Broily has gone USSJ or whatever you want to call it for him, and he is seriously pissed. Then Gohan and Broily are locked in a Kamehameha-Ki blast battle. Goten regains conscious and helps out by going SSJ and combining his Kamehameha with Gohan's. Then the bag containing the Dragon Balls tips over and the Dragon Balls are all together and glow. Goten thinks (I don't recall seeing his mouth move) "Dragon, please defeat this monster." Then a voice from the heavens descends upon them: Gokou. Gokou goes SSJ and does a Kamehamheha. Their efforts are still not enough. Gokou keeps telling his sons that they can do better than this. They make some more of those 'k..k...' sounds, then Gokou yells "Now!" and they all put their full power into it, blasting the foe into the sun. The Dragon Balls spread out across the planet and Gokou is no where to be found. Had Gokou come back to life? Had Gokou even been there in the first place? Or was it some weird acid trip where Gohan and Goten where having the same hallucinations? Or maybe the viewer was the one having the acid trip? Or maybe even...

Review:
Sigh... This movie was not up to my standards. Although one of my favorite ass whuppers from a movie was in it and was totally insane going on a killing rampage, it wasn't the best for me. It was still decent, but I need more characters than just Goten and Trunks. To me, Goten and Trunks are just comic relief, a whole movie with the two isn't for me.

Movie #11: Super Warrior Clone! I am the Winner!

Summary:Super Warrior Clone! I am the Winner!
TOEI is really trying to suck every yen they can get form Broily... I'll make this brief because no likes it, including me. It starts off with Juuhachigou raising Hell at Satan's house because he still hasn't paid her (see the Tenka-Ichi Bodukai saga). A guy walks in offering Satan to fight his old friend Jado or something like that. Trunks and Goten are outside spying on them, Kuririn is waitting for Juuhachigou with Marron. Satan and Juuhachigou (with Goten and Trunks hiding in the trunk) fly away in an air limousine. They arrive onto an island. They all walk inside, Goten and Trunks sneak inside. Jago shows off his new "Bio Warriors" (biologically created organisms that are super strong, made by geneticists.). They walk into the fighting room, Trunks and Goten hide under a table and steal some food from under it. Satan says that he'll have his student Juuhachigou to defeat them all (there's like 3 or 4 of the bio-men). Trunks and Gtoen recognize the shamon preist from the mountain village in movie #10, then go from their hiding place an agree to fight with Juuhachigou. They fight, the battle lasts a few seconds. Satan laughs while Jado is extremely pissed and decides to get his newest creation. The walls move away revealing a big labortory/factory-like setting. There are scientists hard at work, Goten and Trunks walk around and see a familar body inside a tank. The camera perspective starts at the tail, and moves up the body until we see Broily. Trunks and Goten flip out and decide that they have to kill him now before he starts killing them. Meanwhile Jado decides to release Broily, although the scientists try to tell him that he's not ready yet, but the little fat bastard won't listen. Goten and Trunks begin a Kamehameha. Broily slowly begins to step out, Jado orders Broily to attack, but Broily fires a small Ki blast at him and Jado gets pissed. The scientists seal Broily back up and pour some purple goo inside the containment. Broily starts screaming and we see punches slowly coming through the containment's walls. The punching stops, we suspect him to be dead. The scientists open it up and Broily attacks as a muck monster with big red bug eyes. Juuhachigou's, Trunks', and Goten's, attacks are useless against Broily, but he's still as slow as ever. The fighting continues. Kuririn comes in, does a Kienzan that partially cuts off Broily's head, but the gooey stuff just reforms and Broily goes after Kuririn. Broily begins beating everyone and one of the giant containment vats full of that purple goo explodes and begins pouring everywhere and multiplies. This goo is made to basically liquify organisms, some how Broily's genetic code combined with the goo to make him this muck monster like the sh*t demon from Dogma. The goo kills lots of people, a crowd of peopel jam into an elevator and the goo creeps in through the ventilation ducks, very sad, you guys should've used the steps in the case of an emergency!! We switch over to the shamon priest who brings the viewer up to speed. After Goten and Trunks defeated the monster (the dinosaur one), the villagers excommunicated him because his religion crap didn't work. He found the area where Broily was for 7 years, there was lots of blood. He got some blood samaples to Jado. Now the priest was going to get his money and run, however, he gets trapped in the room and the goo poors in from all over. Finally that bastard dies, god, it took 2 movies... The fight goes on, Trunks' arm is broken and Broily is very close to killing them all. They knock a support bean loose and the building starts to collaspe. They fly outside with as many people as possible as the building collapses and the goo pours out all over the island. Broily, now a huge giant from multiplying like the goo, is coming closer to everyone. They drop the people of on the main land (the island is much less than a mile off) and fly back to Broily. they notice the goo hardening and turning to stone when it touches the water. Slowly Broily begins to turn to rock. They do a triple Kamehameha, destroying Broily, once aganin.

Review:
This movie is only a little better than movie #4, only by a tad. They killed Broily, not literately (well, that, too), his character I mean. He was much better as the crazed USSJ that kept screaming "Kakarottooo!" A movie with a bunch of weak characters... I don't even like thinking of this movie... I only watch it because I'm too lazy to fast forward through it to get to movie #12.

Movie #12: The Rebirth of Fusion! Gokou & Vejita!!

Summary:
My favorite movie, tied with #8. Finally got past those crap movies and now only good ones remain! Starts off with Gokou in another martial arts tournament in Heaven. He takes down his opponent in one kick. Then he's up against Pikuhan, they fight. We then are magickally transported to the gates of the afterworld where demon lord Enma-sama is. He's not in a good mood and is sending people to Hell left and right. We now go deeper to the evil spirit cleansing machine. Which in all actualoity is a giant washing machine that cleanses people's souls. We see a thick liquid of pure Evil pouring into a container. A young teenaged demon is dacing around while listening to a walkman. He completely doesn't hear the buzzer noting that the container is getting full and needs to be swicthed. The container explodes, engulfing the teen. Another demon runs down the steps to see what happened, the smoke clears and we see the boy, half his body is yellow-ish. The yellow parts grow The Rebirth of Fusion! Gokou & Vejita!! really big and the demon runs away. The laws of the afterword (or laws of physics, take your pick) are being changed and the afterworld is chaning into jelly beans, yes you read me right. The gate building is now encased a giant yellow jelly bean. And a large yellow creature is sitting on top yelling "Janenba! Janenba! Janenba!" Meanwhile Goten and Trunks find all 7 Dragon Balls and pull a prank on an old man, kids! Dai Kaioshin stops the fight between Gokou and Pikuhan and urges them to go find out what's going on. They teleport to Enma's place to find Enma trapped inside, he tells them to get the guy on the roof. They fly up to see an enormous... Thing. A big, fat, yellow, baby-like creature. He slaps Pikuhan around, but Gokou tells him that it's just a big baby and wants to play, and tells Pikuhan to try to go try and release Enma. Gokou starts clapping and telling Janenba to follow him as he flies down to Hell. Meanwhile, Gohan and Videl get a call on for the Great Saiyaman. Janenba has made everyone in Hell alive again, and now long-dead people are terrorizing Earth, including Juliet (Romeo's Juliet), Dracula, Hitler and his army, and every villan the Z Senshi has ever battled in DBZ. Gokou lands on the ground of what used to be Hell... Janenba crash lands. Janeneba makes dozens of little, Gokou-sized Janenba's. Then they attack, they pile on Gokou, but Gokou charges up and blows them all away with a few kicks. Janenba starts fooling around with physics and Gokou. Then Gokou Kamehameha's him. Janenba makes another Gokou appear in his hand, which does a silent Kamehama (he makes no noise). Janenba changed physics again, making Gokou's Kamehameha not there, as Gokou gets hit with his own attack. Ouch. Gokou decides to turn it up a notch and goes SSJ3. SSJ3 Gokou (go kick ass!) beats the crap outta Janenba and blows his uppoer portion into jell-o. Yata! But the gelatinous villan is now sucking his body into a smaller creature. "Red Devil Janenba" (god, which gay ass dubbie called him that in the firts place?!). This version of Janenba beats the living crap outta Gokou. Just as he's about to slice him in half with his awsome sword, Vejita saves him [again] (some weird shit causes Vejita not to return to Earth). SSJ Vejita has his turn with Janenba, I'm telling you, that pride factor in his blood must stop, if SSJ3 Gokou can't do it, how can he? Needless to say, he gets whooped. The Z Senshi summons Shenron and wish for everything to go back the way it was without the living dead. He tries and fails, because the powers at work are way beyond his control and asks for their second wish (Remember? Dende's have two wishes). Janenba uses some cool attacks on them and we see some more Evil settings of Hell, including the blood spike (well, that was earlier...) and that needle-ly thing. Gokou says he has a plan: Fusion. Vejita promptly rejects the offers "I'd rather die than fuse with you." "But Vejita, you're already dead!" "k...k..!" During this time, Pikuhan learns that the only way to break through the thick candy shell is to use curses, that was fun. So he continues to curse and curse for a while... Gokou shows Vejita the moves and they try it. But, Vejita fingers were not extended. Oops. Fat Gojita enters the fray against Janenba. And loses severly. Unforetunetly, once they're fused, they can't will themselves to unfuse. So for the next 30 minutes is basically lots of pain and suffering (and farting) for Gojita. Right when Janenba is gonna kill (or severly hurt) Gojita, they unfuse, hit Janenba off guard, and fly away. Kaio-sama tells them that Vejita messed up. Goten and Trunks are busy fighting off Hitler's army. It's not a difficult task, but there's just so many of them. Gokou and Vejita rest up and try again, this time they get it right, and form Gojita. Goten and Trunks sense their fathers's Ki (that's how powerful Gojita is) and fuse into Gotenks. Gojita pounds on Janenba a little, then uses a new technique to vaporize him, causing the teen demon to re-appear, and then run away from Gojita. Gotenks uses his Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack on the rest of the army. The End.

Review:
If you're not already on the verge of going to your nearest fan sub dealer for this movie, then my writing skills suck (duh.). So go out and buy it, and bring some extra cash to pickup movie #8 while you're there. This movie is awesome. Lots of new techniques, lots of varied techniques, and lots of ass whup. Not to mention a good plot.

Movie #13: Dragon Fist Assualt!! If Gokou Can't Do It, Who Can?

Summary:Dragon Fist Assualt!! If Gokou Can't Do It, Who Can?
Another good DBZ movie, not the best, but still a good flick. It begins with a flashback of a boy with great swordsmenship (Think Link from the Zelda series) going up against a monster. The kid loses, end flashback. Gohan gets a call for Great Saiyaman to stop a man who's about to jump off a building. He goes over, turns out the old man just wanted his attention, he takes out a gold music box and says that an ancient legendary warrior is inside. He tries to open it and it doesn't budge. They enlist the help of Gokou and Bulma's brain. Still they are unable to open it. They gather the Dragon Balls and wish for Shenron to open it. The box shatters and Tapion is released. He tells them he must be put back inside the box immediately or else the world would be destroyed. Umm.. he just sorta walks off, really... The following night, a huge yellow monster, Hildegarn, is seen attacking the city. After some attempts from the Z Senshi, nothing seems to be effective. Then Tapioon returns playing his ocarina/flute/whatever which causes Hildegarn to vanish in a puff of smoke. Tapion goes off and Trunks follows. Tapion tells off Trunks and Trunks leaves him. Trunks later returns with food and tries to be friendly with him, although isn't very successful. Bulma makes a new box, but as Tapion sleeps inside, Hildegarn still escapes from within him and starts attacking again. They all attack using their most powerful techniques, Goten and Trunks fuse into SSJ3 Gotenks, still not enough. Tapion gives Trunks his sword and tells him to kill him, that is the only way to make sure that Hildegarn will die. Trunks can't do it because he thinks of Tapion as his friend and role model. After the long drawn out (and awesome) battle, SSJ3 Gokou decides to use a new technique he's never had to use before. He jumps up with his fist extended and yells "Ryu Ken!" (Dragon Fist!) which produces a golden dragon that shoots through Hildegarn's stomach, destroying him. Tapion lets Trunks keep his sword as sort of like a momento and leaves for good... During the credits we see scenes of Mirai Trunks and his sword (ie: slicing Freezer in half, etc.).

Review:
This movie was awesome. Beautiful animation and CG scenes. The character development was perfect. It was the perfect length too, not too short but long enough to tell the story at a steady pace. If you still have extra cash with you when you buy #8 and 12, get this one, too.

The End! Wow this page is long...
